Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Stone are the best friends you wish you had, and naturally, the two witty and talented actresses are very close in real life. The “Hunger Games” star considers Stone a “really good friend” ever since mutual co-star Woody Harrelson gave Emma her number and texted every day for a year after that.
“She texted me that she got my number from Woody,” Lawrence told Vanity Fair. “I replied, F**k off!’ And we’ve been really good friends ever since. I feel like it was our version of ‘The Notebook’ — 365 texts.”
While it might be difficult to be good friends with someone who has the same job as you – and ultimately could go after the same roles – they understand that each have something different to offer. Lawrence recently attended a “La La Land” screening and praised Stone for her Oscar buzzworthy performance.
“If I wasn’t her biggest fan, I would’ve Tonya Harding’d her in the kneecaps,” Lawrence joked, referencing the ‘90s scandal when Olympic figure skater Harding hired a hitman to break Nancy Kerrigan’s leg so she couldn’t participate in the 1994 Winter Olympics.
“I love my job,” the “Passengers” actress added. “I don’t know what I would be without acting. So, if there is someone who loves the same thing, it should bring us closer. But it depends on how that person is, and Emma is so normal and lovely.” Passengers Full Movie Download.
